Marc Yoskowitz

Mr. Yoskowitz is Marathon’s Vice President of Business Development responsible for identifying, evaluating and executing corporate partnerships, strategic initiatives and new product opportunities.  He has experience in venture capital and private equity investing, mergers and acquisitions, and biotechnology transactions.

• He was formerly an Associate Principal at McKinsey & Co. where he led McKinsey’s Midwest Corporate Finance Practice and was a member of the leadership team for the North American Pharmaceuticals and Medical Products Practice. His clients included a range of leading pharmaceutical companies and principal investors. His roles included developing value creating strategies, evaluating potential targets, and driving deals
• Mr. Yoskowitz spent three years as a Mergers & Acquisition attorney at Davis, Polk & Wardwell in New York.
• He received his JD from Columbia University School of Law and BA from Washington University in St. Louis.
