Patients and Communities

Marathon is committed to taking a leadership role in the community of patients, researchers, and advocates involved with rare or underserved diseases and to enhancing lives through affiliations with related organizations that share our goals.

One way we assist patients is through our partnership with the National Organization for Rare Disorders (NORD), which provides patient assistance to ensure patients who are underinsured or otherwise financially limited receive their much needed medicines at little or no cost.
